A bold call has emerged for U.S. President Donald Trump to impose sanctions on South African banking institutions and the political elites accused of orchestrating one of the largest economic heists in history. The demand centres on the alleged looting of 50 billion Euros — part of a broader US$8.7 trillion siphoned through a powerful bank cartel and protected by compromised state institutions.
According to the allegations, major South African banks — including FNB, RMB, FirstRand, Nedbank, Absa, Investec, and Standard Bank (all members of the Banking Association of South Africa, BASA) — stand implicated in systematic money laundering and large-scale financial crimes. Critics argue these institutions, working hand-in-glove with elements inside the ANC-led government, have enabled the plunder while Crime Intelligence and other agencies deliberately conceal the scale of the rot.
Captured Institutions Shielding the Real Mafia
The accuser pulls no punches: SAPS Crime Intelligence, under leaders like Lt Gen Dumisani Khumalo and Lt Gen Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, along with the SSA, FIC, Hawks/DPCI, SIU, and NPA, have allegedly failed to disclose the full extent of the looting to bodies like the Madlanga Commission. These officers are accused of being “captured by the system,” prioritising protection of a criminal syndicate over truth-telling and national recovery.
The list of implicated entities is extensive and uncompromising:
- SAPS and its Intelligence Division
- South African Secret Service (SSA)
- Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC)
- Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (Hawks)
- Special Investigating Unit (SIU)
- National Prosecuting Authority (NPA)
- International organised crime networks, including alleged links to Mossad and Crown Company agents
- Political figures including Cyril Ramaphosa, Johan Rupert, and former presidents Jacob Zuma and Thabo Mbeki
The claim is clear: no ANC president emerges clean. A “Hydra Cartel” — allegedly tied to global interests including the so-called RR-Cartel controlling world reserve banks — is said to subvert governments, trigger wars, assassinate whistleblowers, and impoverish nations through economic sabotage.
Retaliation Against Truth-Tellers
The whistleblower alleges that attempts to expose this cartel led to direct interference, including compromised personal security in 2022 and fabricated charges — such as a “fake rape” case used to imprison an individual referred to as “D.” This, they argue, was a deliberate move to silence dissent and facilitate continued looting. SAPS is labelled a “crime concealer” and “criminal syndicate protector,” with top management accused of high treason, sabotage, economic espionage, racketeering, and even complicity in “genocide by killing South Africans with poisonous vaccines” and menticide.
Records of these matters are said to rest with Judge Adrian Fondse, who is familiar with the banking scandals. The call is for the Madlanga Commission to hear testimony from figures like Richard Seed and Judge Fondse in open proceedings — rejecting any “in camera” secrecy that could shield the guilty.
A Demand for Real Justice and Escalation
The message is defiant: “No more shall you lie.” SANDF is urged to arrest the named saboteurs, including Ramaphosa, within the bounds of the law. Failing that, international intervention is demanded — with Trump’s administration leading sanctions and even “war jets” if necessary to free South Africa from commercial cartel capture. King Charles and agencies like MI6 and CIA are called upon to revolt against the RR-Cartel.
US$8.7 trillion must be recovered. All generals, FIC staff, SARB governors, and presidents implicated must answer before the Madlanga Commission. The accuser declares: “I will never trust the SAPS or the sabotaged state.”
This explosive testimony lands amid the Madlanga Commission’s probe into criminality and political interference in the criminal justice system. Whether these staggering allegations hold up under scrutiny remains to be seen — but the frustration of citizens watching their nation looted while institutions look the other way is undeniable.
In a country desperate for accountability, the demand is simple: expose the real cartels, recover the stolen wealth, and stop protecting the thieves. No more cover-ups.
