Police Cartel Bombshell: SAPS Stole Fadiel Adams Dockets to Shield Zulu Political Assassins and Criminal Networks

In a brazen assault on justice that should shock every law-abiding South African to the core, whistleblowers have exposed how a powerful Zulu Police Cartel within the SAPS allegedly stole critical dockets — including those belonging to Fadiel Adams — from local police stations and hid them in the private office safe of a senior general. This is not incompetence. This is calculated criminal obstruction at the highest levels of law enforcement, designed to bury evidence of corruption, political assassinations, and outright treason against the South African state.

Major General Jacobs and every officer implicated must be arrested, charged, and prosecuted like any common criminal. Why were these sensitive files removed from proper custody and locked away under Jacobs’ control? The answer is as damning as it is obvious: to protect a ruthless Zulu-linked network operating inside Crime Intelligence and the broader SAPS. Cases against rogue judges, advocates, and other insiders have mysteriously vanished. This is systemic sabotage, not isolated misconduct.

Stolen Dockets, Assassinations, and a Captured State

The theft of Fadiel Adams’ dockets is only the latest outrage in a pattern of cover-ups that includes the cold-blooded assassination of Sindiso Magaqa. Hitman testimony directly implicates members of the same ethnic political cartel — Magaqa’s own people — using state resources and AK47s to eliminate threats. Parliament knew. MP Xola Nqola grilled SAPS generals on these scandals. Yet the rot continues under the watch of a complicit ANC government and a President who allows KwaZulu-Natal loyalists to capture key state machinery.

Shadrack Sibiya’s own parliamentary testimony laid it bare: high-ranking posts in Crime Intelligence and SAPS have been systematically allocated to individuals from one province and ethnic bloc. This is not merit-based policing — it is ethnic capture that treats the Republic’s security apparatus as a private fiefdom. Crime Intelligence must be ripped from these hands immediately and placed under clean, non-conflicted leadership. Anything less is national surrender.

Whistleblowers exposing this cartel face vicious retaliation: branded “dogs” (izinja), smeared as “mad,” and hounded by fake Facebook accounts run by rogue officers. The state refuses them protection in direct violation of the Constitution, UNDRIP, and international law. This is gangsterism dressed in police uniforms — a cartel that believes itself above the law, above the Constitution, and above the people of South Africa.

Demand Immediate Action — No More Protection for the Untouchable

  • Arrest Major General Jacobs and all implicated officers now. IDAC and Counter-Crime Intelligence must raid those safes and recover every stolen docket.

  • Charge every Zulu-linked operative involved in the Magaqa murder and related cover-ups, regardless of rank or political connection.

  • Appoint independent, non-Zulu investigators to these cases to break the cycle of complicity.

  • Investigate the female magistrate in the Adams matter — she must see this explosive evidence before any further proceedings.

  • Probe the allocated judge and advocate in the Magaqa case for potential interference.

South Africa is being hollowed out from within. Land thieves, political hit squads, and captured police units are repurposing state power to assassinate opponents and bury the truth. The FBI, CIA, MI6, SSA, and international bodies should assist in dismantling this network, as domestic institutions have proven captured or toothless. Escalation to the UN, BRICS, ICJ, and ICC is a national humiliation — but one forced by a government that refuses to clean its own house.

The time for polite reform is dead. Parliament stands complicit through inaction. The President enables this subversion. A new law explicitly banning ethnic capture of security organs is essential. No single group — Zulu or otherwise — may treat SAPS Crime Intelligence as their private army.

This stolen Fadiel Adams docket scandal is a flashing red alarm for the survival of the Republic. If the Zulu Police Cartel is allowed to continue stealing justice, shielding assassins, and terrorizing whistleblowers, South Africa will descend into open kleptocracy where only the connected survive. Patriots and honest citizens must demand blood-on-the-table accountability today — before the entire state collapses under the weight of its own criminal protectors. Enough is enough. Arrest them all.
