EFF’s Disgusting Winnie Mandela Glorification: Netflix Whitewash of a Sadistic Murderer as They Plot to Burn the Constitution

Johannesburg, 25 April 2026 – The Economic Freedom Fighters have sunk to a new low. In an official statement posted on X today, the radical party openly urged South Africans to stream Netflix’s The Trials of Winnie Mandela and “honour the legacy of Mama Winnie” as a “fearless revolutionary” and global icon of resistance.

This is not innocent nostalgia. This is deliberate, stomach-churning historical revisionism by the same mob now hell-bent on tearing apart South Africa’s Constitution.

The Butcher of Soweto They Want You to Worship

Let’s cut the bullshit.

Winnie Madikizela-Mandela was the blood-soaked commander of the Mandela United Football Club — a gang of thugs who kidnapped, tortured, and murdered Black South Africans in the townships. The most notorious atrocity: the 1988 abduction and savage killing of 14-year-old Stompie Seipei. Winnie was convicted of kidnapping and accessory to assault. Stompie’s throat was slit. His body dumped like garbage.

She was also a cheerleader for “necklacing” — the barbaric act of forcing a tyre filled with petrol around a victim’s neck and setting it alight. Even Archbishop Desmond Tutu was forced to publicly beg her for an apology at the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. She refused.

And now the EFF — the party that proudly belts out “Kill the Boer, Kill the Farmer” — wants to turn this monster into a saint.

Pure Hypocrisy from the Blartheid Brigade

While the EFF romanticises Winnie as someone who “stood firm inside the country,” South Africans flooded the replies with the truth they refuse to bury:

  • “The woman that necklaced Stompie? Burned him… that is murder.”

  • “She kidnapped, tortured and participated in the killing of Black children.”

  • “Mass murderer.” “Child killer.” “Racist cockroach.”

The backlash is savage — and fully justified.

This grotesque hero-worship comes at the exact moment the EFF, MKP, and ANC radicals are pushing to gut critical sections of the Constitution: Section 235 (self-determination), Section 25 (property rights), Section 9 (equality), and others. The same people sanitising a torturer’s legacy are preparing to legally enable the next phase of Blartheid — South Africa’s world-record 142 anti-White discriminatory laws.

No Coincidence

Farm murders continue to make agriculture the deadliest profession in the country. Urban murders are surging. The EFF sings songs of violence, the courts protect their hate speech, and President “Slippery Cyril” Ramaphosa offers nothing but denials and deflection.

Now they want Netflix to launder Winnie’s reputation for a new generation of radicalised youth.

This is not about history. It is about manufacturing justification for what comes next: more expropriation, more persecution, more erosion of rights, and the very real risk of civil conflict.

South Africa is not “honouring” Winnie Mandela.

It is being forced to celebrate a sadistic criminal whose hands were drenched in blood — all to pave the way for more destruction.

The EFF can push their propaganda. But more and more South Africans remember Stompie. They remember the burning tyres. They remember the screams.

And they are done pretending.
