STOCK CLERK

A medium-sized Plumbing Company based in Pretoria (Moot area) is seeking to employ an stock controller.

Requirements:

• Matric

• Proven experience with stock control – Experience in the plumbing industry will be an advantage

• Own Transport

• Computer literate – Experience with financial system, for example Omni, Pastel, Quick books etc. will be an advantage

• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English (Speak & write)

Salary:

Will be discussed during the interview

Duties:

• Daily Stock Requisitions & Transfers including Deliveries

• Daily Stock Takes of Main Warehouse, Service Vehicles Stock Takes and area control

• Control & booking of Consignment stock & Warranty stock

• Keep track of Tools and Tool Warehouse Stock take on monthly basis

• Processing of Supplier Invoices

• Construction jobs stock recons

• Any other duties which might be required as per Management instructions

• Able to work under pressure & multi-task

• Available to work on Saturdays as per Rooster / requirement
